Vanda Sangkranta Festival
The Vanda Institute in Siem Reap will host the Vanda Sangkranta Festival on April 6, 2025, starting at 8 AM. This event celebrates the Khmer New Year and aims to provide joy and entertainment for students while promoting the preservation of Khmer culture and traditions. The festival will feature a variety of activities, including traditional games such as Si Kuong, Sva Dan Derm Sleuk Chheu, Raav Bong Kong, Choul Chhoung, and Raang Vong Dan Derm Kaoy. There will also be performances of Troddi, Bokator martial arts, and the "Apsara Vanda Accounting Vithi Plersveng" dance. Additionally, the festival will include a cooking competition themed "Prahok Ktis by Vanda Students," blessing dances, and a fun dance party.
Everyone is welcome to join, including current and former students. Don't miss out on this exciting celebration.
