To cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, please provide written notice to us. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your written notice. Any amendment fees incurred before cancellation, as well as deposits for pre-booked items or services, remain payable.
If we cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Land and internal air cancellation fees will also apply.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.
