Join us at the RUPP Sangkranta Festival to celebrate the upcoming Khmer New Year with renowned artists and performers! We are excited to welcome our special guest, Picherith Morm, who will be performing at the Royal University of Phnom Penh's Sangkranta event. This festival is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy cultural performances and prepare for the traditional Khmer New Year celebrations.

The event will take place on April 5-6, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Everyone is invited to join and participate in the festivities. The event is free of charge and will be held at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Campus 1).
